Mr. Moran Birman, Consul for Public Diplomacy at the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest (in Chicago), will be our guest speaker. Mr. Birman holds a Law degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and upon graduation practiced Law in Tel Aviv. Prior to his appointment to his current position in September, 2016, he served as the Deputy Consul General at the Consulate of Israel to the Mid-Atlantic Region, located in Philadelphia. He grew up in Sha’ar Hagolan, a Kibbutz in northern Israel.
